Manchester United assistant coach Michael Carrick clashed with Liverpool fans during their 2-0 defeat at Anfield.

Shortly after the Reds' first goal, United assistant coach Michael Carrick was furious with a decision to award Liverpool a corner.

The former midfielder was furious with fourth official Jon Moss over Craig Pawson's decision.

And after venting his frustrations, Carrick was clearly annoyed with something that was said from the home support.

He was involved in a heated exchange with Liverpool fans behind the United dugout as the visitors lost control of the encounter.
