Manchester United's pursuit of Sporting Lisbon striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel has hit the English press.
The Sun says United are eyeing Sporting Lisbon scoring sensation Van Wolfswinkel.
The Dutchman, 22, is being scouted by the champions and Sporting officials are resigned to losing the striker.
Van Wolfswinkel has been superb since joining in the summer from FC Utrecht with four goals in seven league and Euro games.
