The 16 year-old has a hugely impressive record at youth level and last season scored over 40 goals.
Skysports.com says Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea are all watching the youngster.
Indeed all four English giants were represented on the weekend as Khaloua turned out for his local Murcia regional team.
