Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham have all been represented at Standard Liege games in recent weeks to watch Belgium U21 star Mourane Fellaini.

The 20 year-old midfielder is regarded as his country's hottest young talent and despite boasting a contract with Standard until 2012, he could be on his way to a bigger league in January.

French sources say United, Chelsea and Spurs are keen on Fellaini, but face competition from PSG, Olympique Lyon and Marseille.
