Antonio Valencia has spoken to Wayne Rooney and Zlatan Ibrahimovic about playing in the MLS.
The Manchester United captain will leave Old Trafford at the end of next month as a free agent.
Valencia spent 10 years with the Red Devils, winning two Premier League titles, the FA Cup, the Europa League and two Carabao Cups.
The Manchester Evening News reports the 33-year-old is in discussions with a number of MLS clubs. He is hoping to secure a three-year deal with any prospective club.
Former United players Rooney and Ibrahimovic currently play for DC United and LA Galaxy, respectively.
