Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has declared Luton Town goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski the best performer in the Premier League.

Ten Hag made the observation when defending Andre Onana yesterday.

He said, "If we analyse his performance carefully we realise that he is the second best goalkeeper in the Premier League based on statistics.

"Under the heading 'saved goals' only Thomas Kaminski of Luton has so far proven to be better than him."

United go to Newcastle today with Onana to keep his place.
