Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is receiving regular updates on Mason Greenwood's training form as they prepare to bring him back.

A decision from United is due about reintegrating the forward after assault charges were dropped earlier this year.

Greenwood has been training in a public park as he waits on word from United after the completion of an internal review.

A former United coach has been working with Greenwood, who also does private training sessions with Kobbie Mainoo, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Ten Hag and his staff are receiving all necessary data from the sessions in anticipation of Greenwood being brought back into the fold.
