Man Utd boss Solskjaer wants to work with Alexis next season

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer doesn't want to lose Alexis Sanchez this summer, it has been claimed.

The Daily Star says Alexis has spent the season on-loan with Inter Milan and is keen to secure a permanent move to the Italian giants in the summer transfer window.

But United want him to return to Old Trafford ahead of next season after deciding to give him another chance to prove himself. The 31-year-old still has two years remaining on his £500,000-a-week United deal and club bosses think he can still have an impact with Solskjaer's side.

But it is understood Alexis has no intention of heading back to Manchester and has made it clear to United bosses that he sees his future elsewhere, with a permanent deal at Inter Milan favoured.
