Manchester United are preparing a bid for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus.The Times says United are lining up a January offer for the Germany international, which could involve former BVB midfielder Shinji Kagawa in a swap.
United are keen to strengthen their squad and have identified Reus as one of several leading targets whom they believe could address their shortage of goals from midfield.
The midfielder's contract carries a £30 million buyout clause and United could seek to drive down Reus' price by including Kagawa in their offer.
