Manchester United boss David Moyes has expressed interest in Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata.ESPN says sources from both clubs have admitted that Moyes has made an informal inquiry about the possibility of bringing the Spaniard to Old Trafford.
Mata is a key player for Chelsea and has been voted as their Player of the Year for the last two seasons.
However, confusion was caused earlier in the summer when the attacker was linked with a move to Old Trafford as a part-exchange in Chelsea's attempts to sign Wayne Rooney .
