Incoming Manchester United boss David Moyes has hit out at Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich over his sacking policy.

Despite Chelsea's luck with a host of managers, Moyes, who had 11 years at Everton, does not support the policy.

He said: "Chelsea have won a lot of trophies but I can't see how continually changing managers - especially when you have to pay so much in compensation - is helpful."
