Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson insists he has no issue with Sunderland fans.
Last season, they taunted United when news of Sergio Aguero's last-gasp winning goal against QPR came in, replicating Manchester City's 'Poznan' celebration.
On the eve of today's game, the Scot said: "I don't have any issues with the Sunderland fans.
"I think it was the fact that we were their opponents on that day, and you see it every week with supporters in present society.
"Opposing fans vent their spleen at each other and that's what happens in modern day football. I don't think Sunderland fans wanted City to win it more than us."
