PSG have announced a metatarsal injury for Neymar suffered in last night's win over Strasbourg.

The setback has put Neymar's presence for next month's Champions League tie with Manchester United in doubt.

PSG said in a statement this morning: "The first examinations carried out revealed a painful reactivation of the lesion of the fifth right metatarsal. The treatment will depend on the evolution in the coming days. All therapeutic options must be considered."

Meanwhile, Strasbourg midfielder Anthony Goncalves scoffed at Neymar's tears after the game.

"It's his style ... Forcibly, when you want to play like that, do not complain if you take blows behind. He's a great player, I respect the player he is, but you're not here to have fun with us. We are not his stooges ... He wants to have fun, we answer with our weapons.

"We will not be fooled, we have a jersey to defend, we have colors to defend, an audience and spectators come in numbers to defend as well. We are not here to laugh."
