Fierce rivals Manchester United and Liverpool are set to battle each other in the race to secure the services of Bayer Leverkusen star Karim Bellarabi, according to reports from the BILD.

Bellarabi has been one of the stars of the German Bundesliga over the past few years and is now widely expected to be leaving the BayArena at the end of the current campaign for a bigger team.

United and Liverpool have both been credited with interest in the 25-year-old German winger and now according to reports, it has been claimed that the two rivals will be battling it out in an attempt to secure the services of the 25-year old in the summer.
