Manchester United are working on finding Mason Greenwood a new club before Friday's deadline.

The 21-year-old must be sold or loaned out by Friday before the transfer window closes at 11pm.

Greenwood and United have agreed for him to move on after he was cleared of assault in February.

But he remains under contract at United and they face an £8m payout to release him if a new club cannot be found by Friday.

If United agree to cancel Greenwood's contract he will be clear to move as a free agent.
