Manchester United striker Robin van Persie visited the away Arsenal dressing room after beating his old club on Sunday. The Daily Star says RvP told some of the players, backroom staff and boss Arsene Wenger how impressed he had been by the Gunners' recent run of form.
Despite travelling fans showering Van Persie with abuse at Old Trafford, the Dutch ace made a point of chatting to some of his old pals.
Many Arsenal stars had already left to board the team bus, but Van Persie was warmly received by those who remained.
