Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney will learn the verdict of his agents dispute this week.
The Daily Mail says on Thursday the judge delivers his verdict in the case brought by the England striker's former agents, Formation.
Rooney could be forced to pay anything up to the £4.5m being claimed in lost earnings by Formation - now part of the James Grant group - after and wife Coleen left them following their split with founder Paul Stretford, who now represents the couple under the Triple S banner.
Formation have reduced their original claim for £8.3m.
