Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata admits their poor start to the season was a difficult experience.
Mata admits that when things were not going as well earlier in the campaign, he was sometimes left reaching for the aspirin bottle to soothe the pain.
"It's difficult after a bad game or a defeat," he said. "I hate it. You can come home and think about the game and have a headache.
"Sometimes it's better to relax, watch a movie, read a book or chat with friends and the day after you can analyse the game.
"It is important to disconnect sometimes. If you spend every day assessing what you did, it's mentally exhausting."
