Manchester City midfielder Gareth Barry has given England a major Euros scare.
Barry's hopes of playing a key role in Euro 2012 are in jeopardy after the Manchester City midfielder limped off with a groin strain as Roy Hodgson recorded a 1-0 win over Norway in his first match as England manager.
Barry had come on as a half-time substitute in Oslo for Steven Gerrard but had to be withdrawn after 28 minutes of play.
The City midfielder said last night: "I'll have a scan tomorrow but it doesn't look good."
