Manchester City are keeping their powder dry over a bid for Bologna star Gaston Ramirez.
The Manchester Evening News says Ramirez is a reported target of City, Inter Milan, Liverpool and Wolfsburg.
However, the Serie A club have yet to receive an official offer for the 21-year-old, who is reportedly valued at €25million.
