Manchester City midfielder Albert Rusnak is wanted by Birmingham City.
Sky Sports says Lee Clark is keen to bolster his squad and Manchester City believe Rusnak will be best served by going to St Andrew's as the Birmingham boss has a proven track record in helping develop young players.
Rusnak recently had a loan spell at Oldham Athletic cut short.
