Manchester City are eyeing AC Milan sensation Stephan El Shaarawy. The People says City are ready to offer Mario Balotelli in a swap for El Shaarawy.
El Shaarawy only turned 20 last week, but is the current Serie A Capocannoniere with eight goals this season.
It is highly unlikely that Milan would part with their latest talent, especially after angering the fans by selling Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Thiago Silva and Antonio Cassano this summer.
