Arsenal will not allow Manchester City's interest influence new contract talks with Jack Wilshere. The Telegraph says City are willing to offer Wilshere up to £150,000-a-week to move to Eastlands this summer, but Arsenal do not feel they have to match that offer to keep him.
While there could be talks over a new contract, Arsenal are not concerned about being pushed into handing the 23-year-old a huge rise to his £90,000-a-week wages.
Wilshere still has three years remaining on his current Arsenal deal.
