Manchester City are tracking Porto fullback Alex Sandro.

The Daily Star Sunday says City scouts checked on the Brazilian last week as the Portugal giants overpowered Bayern Munich 3-1 in their Champions League semi-final first leg.

Juventus have also watched Sandro, 24, who is out of contract next summer.

City are keen to bring in a left-sided defender and have also spoken to Monaco about Layvin Kurzawa, 22.
