Birmingham City midfield starlet Reece Brown is on Manchester City's radar.
The Daily Star Sunday says City kept their powder dry in the transfer window, which closed on Friday night, but they will continue to monitor Brown, 17.
Patrick Vieira, City's development coach, is in charge of assessing England Under-17 international Brown's potential.
Dudley-born Brown is viewed an exciting prospect.
