Manchester United kept their hopes of a top four finish alive with a 1-0 win over Manchester City at the Eithad Stadium on Sunday.
Red Devils striker Marcus Rashford became the youngest player ever to score in a Manchester Derby with what proved to be with winning goal in the 16th minute of the contest.
The 18-year-old used his pace to skip past City defender Martin Demichelis before calmly finishing past Joe Hart.
Rubbing salt into City's wounds was the fact both Hart and Raheem Sterling left the contest early due to injury.

TALKING POINTS
United managed just five shots at goal to City's 26, but the Red Devils were able to grind out a victory in an otherwise uninspiring performance. However, United manager Louis van Gaal is unlikely to be bother by his side's lack of attacking spark, with victory moving his side to within one point of fourth-placed City.
City's worrying form slump continued, with the Citizens now having only won three of their 11 matches since the appointment of Pep Guardiola for the next season was announced. It appears as though some of the club's players already have an eye on next season under the Spaniard, but they could be without Champions League football if their current form continues much longer.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Manchester City travel to Dean Court to face Bournemouth on April 2, while Manchester United host Everton at Old Trafford the following day.

QUOTES CORNER
Man City manager Manuel Pellegrini believes the result was not a fair indication of the match:
"We did not deserve to lose. We dominated the game from the first minute and we were the only team who wanted to play during the whole game - but we missed three or four chance to score."
Man Utd boss Louis Van Gaal saw the match differently to his counterpart:
"I am a very proud manager. We played a very good first half with a goal and also had more chances and we didn't receive a lot of chances against us. This victory was necessary. The gap was four points and now it is one point, plus we are equal with West Ham, which is important. What is possible? I cannot say."
