Manchester City are set to make a new offer for Le Havre prospect Ilyes Benlebsir.

Marca says City tabled a bid of €700,000 plus a resale percentage to Le Havre in early April for Benlebsir.

The French club rejected the offer and are insisting City return with a higher bid for the 17 year-old.

Therefore, City will make a new offer.

Le Havre, for its part, wants to continue counting on the young footballer, but it will depend on him.
