Raul Albiol faces being frozen out at Real Madrid.
The former Valencia defender was left in the stands for the first-leg of the Super Copa against Barcelona on Sunday.
Albiol knows he has little chance of fighting back into coach Jose Mourinho's plans and is ready to move on. Manchester City have been linked with the Spain international.
Raphael Varane, 18, has now jumped ahead of Albiol in Mourinho's thinking for the new campaign.
