Manchester City are in talks with Barcelona today for midfielder Giovani dos Santos.
City supremo Thaksin Shinawatra has sent trusted agent Pini Zahavi to Barca to speak to president Joao Laporta about the 19-year-old starlet. Shinawatra's advisers have been pushing for a move to land £8million-rated Dos Santos for two months - and now they are going to make a formal offer, says the Mirror.
