Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko feels he's now silencing his doubters.
Dzeko's blistering form this season has been the perfect response to the critics who branded him a flop after he joined City last season.
And he has played a big role in the club's best start to a top flight season since 1897.
He said: "I think I said it many times. I'm proving everything now but still I think i can be much better. I understand the players a bit more. Last season I was new and everything was different and hard for me.
"It's too early to think about winning the golden boot. I have nine goals and the other players have scored a lot. I want to get a lot of goals. I feel good, it's my job to score goals and I hope there'll be more coming.
"It's good for the team that Sergio Aguero, Mario Balotelli, David Silva and Adam Johnson all score goals.
"I'm surprised how well Sergio has adapted. He's done very well.
"But it's not just Aguero, there's Mario too. There's three of us up front, always changing."
