Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko is determined for a big World Cup with Bosnia.
City's Premier League and Capital One Cup-winning strike hero Dzeko is hoping events on the pitch in Brazil will put a smile on the faces again back home.
"It's big for everyone in Bosnia. We have waited for this for the last 20 years for the national team to go to a big competition," he said.
"You can see it in people's eyes how happy they were when we achieved it. They forgot about all the problems, everything else. It was just about Bosnia playing their first World Cup. Personally, I can't wait for it to start and I think for all the fans it's just the same.
"We have great fans, wherever we play, even our away games, we feel like we are playing at home. There are always so many of them.
"When we won the last game we flew back to Bosnia, we arrived at 2am and there were 50,000 people waiting for us, it was amazing. An incredible feeling."
