Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli is being tipped for the Ballon d'Or.
Former Inter CEO Ernesto Paolillo insists the Manchester City livewire will one day be better than Lionel Messi.
He said: "I tell you, Mario is a great player.
"I can forecast in the future that he will be the winner, like Messi, of the Ballon D'Or - because he really is one of the most talented players in Europe."
