Manchester City are eyeing Fluminense midfielder Metinho.

The 18-year-old has been the 'Brazilian Paul Pogba' by some for his versatility in midfield.

He has a strong shot, excellent passing and is physically impressive - and the rising star is being tipped for big things.

And Goal says City want to secure his signature as soon as possible for £4.3million - especially with reported competition from Arsenal.

If a deal is completed this year, Metinho would likely be loaned to Troyes, City's sister club in France.
