George Evans capped a memorable debut for Walsall with a goal in their 2-0 win over Barnsley on Tuesday night.
The 20-year-old midfielder only joined the Saddlers from Manchester City on a one-month loan earlier on Tuesday before starting and then opening his scoring account in the second half.
Evans fired home in the 62nd minute before Milan Lalkovic added a second 20 minutes from time as Dean Smith's side returned to second spot on the League One table following the weekend's disappointing defeat to Chesterfield.
There was plenty of positivity surrounding Evans on social media after the match, including a nice image montage from Walsall.

The former Crewe Alexandra and Scunthorpe United loanee was thrilled to mark his debut with a goal in what has been a swift move from the Etihad Stadium to the Banks's Stadium.
“It was a great win tonight. The team were excellent," he said.
“I'm delighted to get my first goal. The lads have been awesome - they've been very welcoming and made it easy for me to settle in."
