Manchester City star Phil Foden knows his team must perform at Anfield next weekend.

The Citizens, who won the treble last term, take on Premier League leaders Liverpool.

While they are only a point behind the Reds, Foden knows that getting a win over their rivals would make them title favorites.

"It's massive," he told Premier League Productions of Sunday's top-of-the-table meeting after beating Manchester United at home.

"It's a stadium we never seem to win a lot at, so it's going to be a challenge.

“It's the game you want to play in as players, the biggest occasions. Hopefully, we will be ready for it."
