A group of five players have been nominated for the 2014/15 PFA Fans' Player of the Season award.

PFA Player of the Year Eden Hazard of Chelsea has been selected along with Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero and Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea.

Liverpool playmaker Philippe Coutinho and Arsenal ace Alexis Sanchez are also in the running for the fan-voted award.

The voting deadline closes at midnight on Monday 25 May with the winner announced on Tuesday 26 May.
