Joe Hart has paid tribute to Chelsea after they clinched the 2014/15 Premier League title on Sunday.

The Blues' 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge saw them remain 13 points clear of Hart's Manchester City with just three fixtures remaining meaning they cannot be overtaken at the top of the table.

Following City's 1-0 win at Tottenham, Hart spoke of Chelsea's brilliant effort in leading the league from day one of the campaign.

"First of all congratulations to Chelsea, well deserved of winning the league," he said on Sky Sports.

"They did lead from the front, which we've done before and struggled to keep. Great respect to them.

"But they know we'll be back next year, we'll get stronger, other teams around us will get stronger, and it's going to be another exciting season."
