PSV Eindhoven fullback Jetro Willems is attracting big European transfer interest.

Voetbal International says Real Madrid and Manchester City have noted the defender's progress this season.

Real and City scouts were posted to Rotterdam and see PSV meet Feyenoord. The subject of their interest was Willems.

The Holland international, 20, is in his third season with PSV, having been snapped up from Sparta Rotterdam.

Willems is tied to PSV until 2016.
