Man City preparing to offload Mangala, Bony

Manchester City are set to dispense with the services of flop duo Eliaquim Mangala and Wilfried Bony, according to reports from the Manchester Evening News.

Both Mangala and Bony have been major disappointments since their respective big money moves to City and it now looks like manager Pep Guardiola will offload the duo this summer.

French defender Mangala and Ivory Coast striker Bony were left at home ahead of City's pre-season friendly against Arsenal in Gothenburg on Sunday and the M.E.N have suggested that the Premier League side are now ready to sell the underperforming pair in the coming weeks.

City still want to bring in John Stones from Everton which would push Mangala down the pecking order while there are enough options in attack, all who sit ahead of Bony.
