Portsmouth teen Koby Mottoh is attracting Premier League interest.

The 16 year-old fullback has caught the eye of scouts from several top flight clubs.

Football Insider says Manchester City are keen and have expressed interest in the prospect.

And City are considered favourites to ferry Mottoh away from Fratton Park this summer.

Mottoh is a former Arsenal junior and made the bench recently for Pompey's League One clash with Forest Green.
