Manchester City are planning a massive bid for Tottenham fullback Danny Rose. The Daily Star says City are plotting a £15m summer swoop for Rose.

The deposed champions will overhaul their squad following a woeful title defence and have put Rose on their list of targets.

It remains to be seen if Manuel Pellegrini stays as manager, but club bosses are desperate to sign a new left back.
