Manchester City are planning a double raid on Sevilla next month.

Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano and midfielder Diego Capel are both major targets for City boss Mark Hughes.

City are willing to offer £20 million for Brazil international Fabiano, says Sport. Sevilla have claimed they won't sell for less than Fabiano's £45 million buyout clause, but it's understood they're willing to negotiate.
