Manchester City are ready to discuss terms with AS Roma for midfielder Daniele De Rossi.
The Daily Star says City boss Roberto Mancini thought his hopes of signing De Rossi had gone when the midfielder signed a new long-term deal at Roma last season.
But the Serie A outfit have admitted the 29-year-old might still be for sale and it is understood they would listen to offers in excess of £30m.
