Bursaspor's highly-rated striker Enes Unal has travelled to England to discuss a possible deal with Premier League club Manchester City.
The 18-year-old's signature is likely to command a fee of around £500,000.
Bursaspor president, Recep Bolukbasi, confirmed on Thursday that the club had reached an agreement with City and the transfer would go through on the weekend.
The player's agent, Batur Altiparmak, added: "An agreement in principle has been reached. Bursaspor have given Unal permission to have a medical at Manchester City."
Unal won his first senior cap for the Turkish national side in the 2-1 victory against Luxembourg in March.
