Manchester City are monitoring Adriano's deteriorating situation at Inter Milan.
The Brazilian has fallen out with coach Jose Mourinho, who wants the striker offloaded in January.
Adriano has been linked with a return to Brazil, though Lyon have made enquiries and City are also being linked. The centre-forward is now rated at around £16 million.
