Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola states that it would be "difficult" if Barcelona want to sign Bernardo Silva in the transfer window.
The Catalan giants are still working to rebuild their squad for coach Xavi Hernandez, but have to deal with financial difficulties as well.
While Bernardo was linked to the club in the past two summers, he enjoyed a very good season with City under Guardiola as they won the Premier League.
City are not ones to stand in the way of their players if they want to leave.
However, Guardiola may feel that Barcelona cannot come up with the funds to convince the club to part with Bernardo.
When asked about a possible move, the City boss said (via Mundo Deportivo): "It would be very difficult for them."
