Manchester City management won't interfere with Roberto Mancini's handling of Mario Balotelli.

Balotelli struck twice in their draw with Sunderland yesterday, but his behaviour towards teammates saw him booed by his own fans.

The Mail on Sunday says the City hierarchy are happy to let Mancini deal with his fellow Italian.

"That is his mandate," said a senior source.
