Manchester City defender Micah Richards has been ruled out for ten weeks with his ankle injury.

The Daily Mail says Richards picked up an ankle injury playing for Great Britain at the Olympics. The City boss said originally that the right back was likely to be absent for a month.

That estimate has now been revised and Mancini is preparing to be without him for twice as long.
