Manchester City are recalling Robinho from his loan at Santos.
Robinho's deal at Santos expires next week and City have no intention of allowing him to extend his stay on the current terms.
City remain determined to find a new club for Robinho, but if no-one is prepared to take on his £160,000-a-week wages, the Brazilian faces starting the new season in England.
