Newcastle United midfielder James Perch was full of praise for Manchester City's attacking line following his sides 3-1 defeat on Saturday.
The likes of Sergio Aguero, Carlos Tevez, David Silva and Samir Nasri helped do the damage as City remained second on the league table and Perch had a tough day chasing backsides at Sports Direct Arena.
"They've got little magicians up front, but the way they pass and move is great," he said.
"I'm sure it was great to watch from the sidelines, although it wasn't great to chase around.
"They are capable of doing that to anyone, but I think we had them on the ropes (for parts of the game)."
